The Maryville College Grove Project provides the Blount County Master Gardeners the opportunity to learn and teach good grove management. Join John Wilson and fellow MG's Working side by side with Biology students of Dr. Drew Crain. Pruning is planned for Monday Feb. 3 and Thursday Feb. 6, 2:00-4:00.
All Master Gardeners, Interns are encouraged to attend. Meet at The McArthur Pavilion located behind Cooper Athletic Center on the Maryville College Campus. No restrooms at the Pavilion. Wear sturdy shoes and be prepared for short walks in the woods to the groves. Maryville College does provides some tools. Bring your cleaned tools if you like. Work gloves are recommended and dress in layers.
